What is SUP?

Half surfing and half kayaking, this new sport involves skill and balance in equal measure. Stand on a small board, like a sufboard, and use a bladed paddle to keep balance. So how hard can it be? Well find out for yourself at this years event - we'll be giving 'have-a-go' taster sessions for you to get stuck in to!

Paddle boards and equipment will be on site, the latest gear, 'free' trials on these state of the art boards!
