Q: Is there any disabled access? A: Much of the site is accessible for disabled people. However the beach is difficult terrain for wheelchair users. If you are registered as being disabled, your carer can attend the event for free to assist you on the day - providing you both bring relevant identification and documentation. If you are not registered as being disabled, but are in some way physically incapacitated on the day - for example, on crutches - you will be able to utilise our disabled facilities. Disabled tickets need to be applied for in advance not on the day

Q: What happens if I have problems with security at the festival? A: We employ lots of security throughout the festival site. Those in key positions and undertaking certain functions are required to be licensed. Most have training of some kind and all licensed staff has a badge number, which must be displayed. While we can't guarantee the experience or user-friendliness of every guard, our event security comes from very experienced suppliers. Should you have a problem with any specific security guard then please report their number to event staff.
